【重要】Googleドライブの容量制限について(第2弾)／【Important】Notification of Capacity Restrictions on Google Drive(Part 2)

本学では、2023年9月4日にGoogleドライブのストレージ容量の制限を設定いたしました。

この度、第2弾として下記の通り容量を制限いたします。
 

〇制限内容
・制限設定日：2024年3月4日
　※反映まで最大24時間かかる場合がございます

・個人毎のストレージ　
    学生・非専任教職員：500GB→350GB（1ユーザーあたり）
    専任教職員　　　　：750GB→600GB（1ユーザーあたり）
　※個人毎のストレージには、全学メール、マイドライブ等が含まれます

・共有ドライブ　1TB（1共有ドライブあたり）
　※今回は容量の変更はございませんが、
　　不要なファイル、共有ドライブ自体の削除は随時実施をお願いいたします。

We implemented storage capacity limits on Google Drive on September 4, 2023.

Following the initial implementation, as part of the second phase, we are introducing the following restrictions

 

〇About restrictions
・Restriction Setting Date: March 4, 2024 　
    ※Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the changes to take effect

〇About restrictions
・My Drive　    
   Students and non-tenure-track faculty：500GB→350GB per user　　　　　　 
   Faculty and staff members：750GB→600GB per user
 　※My Drive also includes  Chuo University Mail

・Shared drive：1TB（per drive）
    ※There is no change in the capacity this time, but we kindly ask you to delete 　
       unnecessary files and shared drives.
