Gスクエアとは？

Gスクエアを一言で表すと「中央大学公認の国際交流ハブ」で、
Gスクエアを通じて留学生との関係を築く人、自分の英語力を確かめる人、
その後の留学に役立てる人など利用の目的は様々です。

そんな国際色豊かな大学を目指してGスクエアでは
国際交流イベント・Language Lab（通称ランラボ）で交流の手助けを行っています！！

▶国際交流イベント

国際交流イベントではその名の通り、国際交流を目的としたイベントを主催し、イベントの中で皆さんは留学生と交流することができます！

イベントの種類は様々で、過去にはWelcome  PartyやJapanese Dayを開催し50名を超える参加者を記録し、多くの留学生も参加してくれます。

国際交流イベントは「話せるかわからないけどとにかく留学生とあってみたい人」や「留学生の友人が欲しい人」にはうってつけです！

 

▶Language　Lab（通称ランラボ）

ランラボは12:40-13:10の間で開講されている「留学生による言語教室」で、留学生が初めてその言語に触れる人のために簡単な会話や文法などを教えてくれるものです！

英語・フランス語・韓国語など第二外国語で開講されている言語はもちろん、スペイン語やアラビア語など日本人にとってはすこしマイナーな言語も開講しています！

ランラボは「言語をさらに使ってみたい人」や「新しい言語を会得したい人」にはもってこいです。そして今学期からそんなランラボが進化します！その名もLanguage Lab Partners制度（通称LLP）

Hello everyone! We are G-Square, Chuo University’s official international exchange hub!

Have you heard of us before?

In a nutshell, G-Square is a place where students can connect with international students, test their English skills, and even prepare for future study abroad opportunities. Our goal is to make Chuo University a more globally connected campus!

We host a variety of international exchange events and a language-learning program called Language Lab (a.k.a. “Lan-Lab”) to help students engage in cultural and linguistic exchange.

At our international exchange events, you’ll get the chance to interact with international students in a fun and relaxed setting. In the past, we’ve organized events like Welcome Parties and Japanese Day, with over 50 participants—including many international students!

These events are perfect for anyone who wants to meet international students, make new friends, or just give international exchange a try—even if you’re not confident in your language skills yet!

Lan-Lab is a 30-minute language class (12:40–13:10) taught by international students! It’s designed for beginners and covers simple grammar and everyday conversations. We offer classes not only in English, French, and Korean—languages you might already be studying—but also in less common ones like Spanish and Arabic!

Lan-Lab is ideal for students who want to practice using a foreign language or learn a new one from scratch.

And that’s not all—we have many other activities too!
