中央大学法学部卒業。大学1年で初めて訪れた海外・フィリピンの心温かい人々から大きな感銘を受け、途上国の可能性に興味を持つ。大学4年次には文科省『トビタテ留学JAPAN』第6期奨学生に選出され、NPO法人『e-Education』の現地責任者でミャンマーに駐在。映像教育を広める傍ら、ミャンマー初のキャリア・進学メディアLive the Dream Co., Ltd.を現地の若者と学生起業し、ユーザー100万人の規模まで成長させ事業売却。その後、株式会社リクルートに新卒入社し『じゃらん』の新規事業であるホテル向けSaaS事業に関わる。その後、ミャンマークーデターを契機に株式会社ASEAN HOUSE（現LivCo）を設立しグローバルHR事業を営む。座右の銘は「失敗しても当たり前、成功したら男前。」（参考ページ：https://livco.inc/aboutus/story/）

Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Chuo University. During his first visit abroad to the
Philippines as a first-year university student, he was greatly impressed by the warm-
hearted people he met there, and became interested in the potential of developing
countries. In his fourth year at university, he was selected as a sixth-term scholarship
student for the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's Tobitate!
Study Abroad initiative, and was stationed in Myanmar as the local manager of the NPO e-
Education. While promoting video education, he started a career and higher education
media company, Live the Dream Co., Ltd., with local young people and students, and grew
the business to a scale of 1 million users before selling it. He then joined Recruit Co., Ltd.
as a new graduate and was involved in a new SaaS business for hotels, which was a new
business for the company's travel magazine, ‘JALAN’. After that, he established ASEAN
HOUSE (now LivCo) in the wake of the Myanmar coup and ran a global HR business. His
motto is ‘It's normal to fail, but it's cool to succeed.’ (Reference page:

社会への問題意識と価値の発揮：社会的責任を見据えて／Awareness of social issues and value to society: with a focus on social responsibility.

この講義では、グローバルビジネスにおける貿易、投資、人材や情報の越境移動などの経済取引にかかわるさまざまな法制度・ルールの構造、基本原則や内容とその活用方法を、多くの実例を見ながら学びます。今回は、ゲストスピーカーの話を通じて、企業の社会的責任と新たなルール（労働・人権・途上国開発協力）について考える機会を提供します。

In this course, we explore the legal frameworks, basic principles and practical applications of various rules governing economic transactions in global business, such as trade, investment, and cross-border movement of natural person and information with cases and examples. This session provides an opportunity to reflect on corporate social responsibility and emerging regulations (labor, human rights, and development cooperation with developing countries) through insights shared by a guest speaker.
