（募集案内/Application Information）2026年度秋 IRC入居者募集要項 Application Guidelines for Residents Moving into IRC in Fall 2026

9月入学の新入生
※空室数に限りがあるため、本募集は9月入学の新入生のみを対象とします。

＊空室数には限りがありますので、あらかじめ他の選択肢についてもあわせてご検討ください。
＊定期建物賃貸借契約(借地借家法第38条)のため、契約期間満了後の更新はありません。
＊再契約時には、1年間の活動状況をもとに、寮のリーダー(RA・UL)として継続的に活動いただけるかを審査します。審査を通過した方のみ、再契約が可能です。
＊海外からの留学生等で、IRCでの交流活動に積極的に参加する意思があり、国籍や保証人等の理由により日本国内での住居確保が困難であると認められる場合は、優先することがあります。

※Due to the limited number of available rooms, this opportunity is limited to new students entering Chuo University in September.

Total Amount: JPY 164,931*
Breakdown:
・Initial cost: JPY 28,600
　The initial cost will be applied to the basic cleaning fee when you move out..
・September rent : JPY 45,200
・October rent: JPY 64,600
・Futon rental fee: JPY 21,890
　Set-up fee JPY 770 + monthly fee JPY 1,760 × 12 months
・Fire insurance for one year: JPY 3,970
・Convenience store payment fee: JPY 671

* To move into the residence, students are required to have a joint guarantor who resides in Japan with has a regular income. If you are unable to provide a joint guarantor, you will be required to use a guarantor company, and pay a  guarantor fee of 19,380 yen additionally.

＊If you cancel your room after submitting  the contract documents and the paying the contract fees (initial fees) , you will be required to pay a cancellation of one month’s dormitory rent (JPY 64,600).

September 10 (Thu), 2026 – August 15 (Sun), 2027  (※No contract renewal)

＊Students planning to study abroad,etc.are advised to contact us in advance because exceptions may apply.
＊Changes to the contract period and early termination of the contract are not permitted during the contract period.

＊The number of available rooms is limited. Please also consider other housing options in advance.

＊As this is a fixed-term building lease contract under Article 38 of the Act on Land and Building Leases, the contract cannot be renewed upon expiration.

＊At the time of re-contracting, applicants will be screened based on their activities over the past year to determine whether they can continue to actively serve as dormitory leaders, such as RA or UL. Only those who pass the screening will be eligible for re-contracting.

＊Priority may be given to international students coming from overseas who show a strong willingness to actively participate in exchange activities at IRC and who are recognized as having difficulty securing housing in Japan due to reasons such as nationality or guarantor requirements.
