* Important Notice Regarding Academic Background Verification

Please note that, in accordance with our policy on the protection of personal information, Chuo University does not respond to requests for academic background verification. We are only able to verify the authenticity of certificates issued by the University and submitted by the individual concerned. Before submitting an inquiry through the contact form, please ensure that the relevant certificate is in your possession. When filling out the form, kindly enter “Certificate Authentication Request” in the subject line. Once we receive your inquiry, we will provide a designated email address to which the certificate should be sent. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
