Please describe your hometown.
-
I grew up between Hong Kong China and UK, in an environment where different cultures, languages, and lifestyles constantly mixed.
-
Among different universities in Japan, why did you choose Global Management at Chuo University?
-
I chose GLOMAC because it matches my international education experience in China and the UK, and I wanted a program where global perspectives, business, and cross-cultural communication are part of everyday learning. Chuo University’s global environment and diversity made it the best fit for me.
-
What do you find interesting at GLOMAC?
-
I enjoy learning in classrooms where students from different countries share their ideas. The curriculum connects business theory with real cases, and the professors always encourage open discussion.
-
What are the challenges of international students in Japan?
-
International students often face language barriers, cultural differences, and communication styles that are very different from their home countries. It can also be challenging to build connections at first, but with support from teachers and friends, it becomes easier over time.
-
If you could explain GLOMAC in 3 words, what would they be?
-
Diverse, Practical, Global
-
What are your study or career plans for the future?
-
I plan to continue developing my skills in international business and hope to join exchange programs in the Australia or the US. In the future, I aim to build a career in global business or cross-border e-commerce, using my multicultural background and language abilities.
-
Do you have any advice for international students who think of entering GLOMAC?
-
Be open-minded and ready to communicate with people from different cultures. GLOMAC gives you many chances to challenge yourself, so don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. Your experience here will be as meaningful as the effort you put into it.
