| The goal of our research is to discuss and clarify how a social system that should be called as “Life Security System” has undergone gradual changes at each region and country in the context of age and history, and how it started to break down when faced with issues such as globalization, advanced information-oriented society and aging society with declining birthrate after 1990s.
