iTL Students give Presentations at SPICE 2025, I-WIT 2025

The Iio Laboratory of the Faculty of Global Informatics studies interactions between humans and computers, human behavior analyses in the cyber world and the real world, and other related topics. Students from the laboratory gave presentations at the International Conference SPICE 2025 and International Workshop I-WIT 2025.

At SPICE 2025, the students presented their achievement gained through an online interaction between King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Thailand. (Picture 1)

iTL has been exchanging with KMITL since AY 2021, making this year the fourth time.

In addition, students visited three high schools in Yogyakarta to introduce our Faculty, as part of the International Workshop Initiatives for Teachers (I-WIT), which was held after SPICE 2025. (Picture 2)

Students in the Faculty of Global Informatics register in the laboratory from the second semester of their sophomore year (Course: Seminar on Global Informatics). Each laboratory unravels issues surrounding the era of information and searches solutions from its own perspective.

The Faculty of Global Informatics aims to foster individuals who will structure an enhanced information society by leveraging their knowledge of “theory” acquired in the lecture and their practical ability gained in a laboratory.
