Professor Wakabayashi Gives an Invited Lecture at LEICon on Foreign Language Education

Professor Shigenori Wakabayashi (the Faculty of Letters, Chuo University) delivered an invited lecture at the 4th Language Education International Conference (LEICon), held online on November 20.

The conference featured lectures by five researchers under the theme “Transforming Language and Literature Education in the Digital Age: Challenges and Opportunities.”

Professor Wakabayashi’s lecture, titled “The Student Meet Internationally through Language Education (SMILE) Project: Its Management and Its Impact on Students,” highlighted the SMILE project's implementation and its influence on students.

Professor Wakabayashi is also scheduled to deliver an invited lecture at the Pacific Second Language Research Forum 2025 (PacSLRF 2025), which will take place in Shanghai, China, from May 30 to June 1, 2025.
