Agreement of Cooperation signed with City, University of London
On June 10, 2023, an Agreement of Cooperation was signed between Chuo University and City, University of London, UK.
City, University of London is a public university established in 1852 and one of the colleges that forms the University of London, a prestigious federal University. It is known for producing great figures, such as Mahatma Gandhi and successive British Prime Ministers, such as Clement Attlee, Margaret Thatcher, and Tony Blair. City has six academic Schools, including a business school which is one of the top in the world.
On September 8, Prof. Dr Rajkumar Roy, Executive Dean of the School of Science and Technology, who played a central role on both universities in signing this Agreement, Dr Vaselin Rakocevic, Associate Dean of the International Partnerships, Dr Indranil Nath, Honorary Senior Visiting Fellow, and Prof. Jun Nakamura, the Faculty of Global Management of Chuo had an informal and friendly talk in London over lunch and had an active exchange of opinions regarding future exchanges between two universities.
The Agreement with City, University of London, which is Chuo’s 212th partner institution, is expected to bring new value to the globalization on our education and research.
