President Hisashi Kawai, Assistant to the President Masatake Saito, and Professor Asako Iida of the Faculty of Global Management visited Los Angeles to make a courtesy visit to the internship sites of Los Angeles Hakumon Kai Overseas Internship Program: Hotta Liesenberg Saito LLP (accounting firm) and U.S. Jaclean, Inc. (health equipment company).

LA Hakumon Kai Overseas Internship Program is an overseas internship program leveraging the network of LA Hakumon Kai, the organization of Chuo University alumni living in Los Angeles. This program is known as “LA model,” a model case for the Chuo University’s overseas internship program.

The courses will be held both in English and Japanese. After learning communication skills, business manners, relationship building, and questioning skills, students will visit various companies and government-affiliated organizations in Los Angeles where our senior alumni are being active (visits are planned to be held online for AY2022).

Chuo University will continue to actively promote global career education by cooperating with alumni all around the world.
