Faculty of Law to relocate to Myogadani Campus in 2023

The Faculty of Law, students of all years, will relocated to Myogadani Campus (Bunkyo-ku Tokyo) in April, 2023.

Chuo University was founded as Igirisu Horitsu Gakko (the English Law School) in 1885, and with the university’s founding spirit, the Faculty of Law has been committed to legal education and research. The relocation of the Faculty of Law to downtown Tokyo is based on the mid to long-term business plan Chuo Vision 2025, formulated in 2015, the 130th anniversary of the university’ founding, focusing on the following 10 years.
Carrying on the tradition and achievements of more than 135 years, and based on our founding spirit of “Fostering the Ability to Apply Knowledge to Practice,” Chuo University will continue the efforts on the new campus to cultivate individuals with an awareness of legal issues and with the ability to resolve various legal problems from a global perspective. The Faculty of Law, students of all years, will relocated to Myogadani Campus (Bunkyo-ku Tokyo) in April, 2023.
