Prof. Kazuya Kobayashi receives URSI President’s Award

Prof. Kazuya Kobayashi in the Faculty of Science and Engineering received the URSI President’s Award at the “XXXIV General Assembly and Scientific Symposium of the International Union of Radio Science” (URSI GASS 2021), held in Rome, Italy, from August 28 to September 4, 2021. The President’s Award honors outstanding contributions to the work and mission of URSI (International Union of Radio Science), and is awarded on the occasion of the General Assembly and Scientific Symposium (GASS). Prof. Kobayashi received this award for his leadership and untiring efforts in initiating, organizing and establishing AP-RASC (Asia-Pacific Radio Science Conference) as one of the URSI Flagship Meetings.
