Prof. Kazuya Kobayashi elected as URSI Vice-President

The “XXXIV General Assembly and Scientific Symposium of the International Union of Radio Science” (URSI GASS 2021) was held in Rome, Italy, from August 28 to September 4, 2021. The elections of the new URSI Vice-Presidents for the term 2021-2023 took place at the Council meetings held during the URSI GASS 2021. Prof. Kobayashi in the Faculty of Science and Engineering was elected as Vice-President of URSI in this election and assumed the office as of September 4, 2021. His term as URSI Vice-President is two years from September 4, 2021 to August 26, 2023.
