Professor Kunimatsu helps author METI report on international trade agreement compliance

Associate Professor Maki Kunimatsu of the Faculty of Global Management has helped author a recent METI release, “2020 Report on Compliance by Major Trading Partners with Trade Agreements - WTO, EPA/FTA and IIA-.” Associate Professor Kunimatsu is a member of the Subcommittee on Unfair Trade Policies and Measures, a division of the Trade Committee of the Industrial Structure Council in METI (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry), which issued the report.

The report is the only report in Japan that provides comprehensive analysis on the situation surrounding trade policies and measures adopted by foreign countries, providing views on problems such as trade protectionism. The English version was created for the purpose of sharing it with an international audience.

Associate Professor Kunimatsu and other members of the Faculty of Global Management regularly contribute to the Government’s policies and measures regarding global management.
