Ceremony: Student of the Year 2013

A presentation ceremony was held for Shinri Shioura, a winner in the Sports Section of the JASSO’s (Japan Student Services Organization) Student of the Year 2013.
Director of the Student Affairs Office Hirayama presented the award at the Chuo University Student Welfare section on January 8, 2014.
