Minagawa brings Bronze to Soccer: Universiade

The 27th Universiade is being held in Kazan, Russia from July 6.
The Japan Team won three consecutive group league games, however at the semi-finals lost against France 1-1 after a PK match.

On July 16, Japan played for third place against Russia. Yusuke Minagawa, 4th year Faculty of Economics, contributed greatly to the team during the first half, resulting in a 3-0 win, earning a Bronze medal.
