New Year’s Greetings: Naoki Adachi, Chairperson of the Board of Directors

Having been appointed Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Chuo University on October 2012, allow me to respectfully offer my New Year’s greeting at the opening of 2013.
 

I have been working as a business manager for a long time. One thing I treasure is my belief that companies not only depend on their employees, but also on their employees’ family members, their customers, and many other people, so a company’s philosophy and social trust are linked to all these people’s happiness.
 

The same holds true for me as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Chuo University. Chuo’s responsibility is to foster individuals who enter Chuo University with pride and learn while embracing Chuo’s spirit of “Fostering the ability to Apply Knowledge to Practice” and contributing to society.
 

Our goal is to respond to society’s trust and to gather educational power and institutional power to make Chuo University well known in higher education worldwide.
 

My wish is that this year will bring great happiness to you all.
