Ms. Sakura Endo (Client Delivery Manager, SAP Japan), delivered a guest lecture in the Mahendra Seminar (zemi) on 25th May 2026.
She is currently engaged in providing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and client support to large and global organizations. A graduate of the Mahendra Seminar (zemi) at Faculty of Global Management, Chuo University (Class of 2024), she shared valuable insights from her professional experience with the current GLOMAC students.
During the lecture, she explained how ERP systems integrate business functions, including finance, accounting, operations, marketing, supply chain management, and human resources. She also discussed the role of ERP systems in supporting organizational efficiency and global business operations.
In addition, Ms. Endo guided the students on the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to pursue a career as an IT consultant in an increasingly globalized business environment. The session offered students a practical perspective on the application of information technology in international business and consulting.
