Faculty of Global Management 2025 Global Studies (GS) Short-term Study Abroad Report – Washington D.C.

国際経営学部が提供する短期留学プログラム Global Studies が、この夏休みも実施されました。今週末、学生がアメリカ・ワシントンD.C.から帰国しました。
3週間のプログラムでは、語学研修だけでなく、国際機関や現地大学を訪問し、多面的な学びを得ることができました。今年度はアメリカン大学やジョージ・ワシントン大学を訪れ、現地の学生とのグループワークや意見交換を行いました。さらに、国際通貨基金（IMF）や国際協力銀行（JICA）米国事務所などの国際機関も訪問し、グローバルな視点を養いました。
また、ホワイトハウスや米国議会議事堂（キャピトル）をはじめとする世界的に有名なランドマークも訪れ、ワシントンならではの歴史と文化を体感しました。
国際経営学部では、今後も学生が専門分野の能力を身につけると同時に、国際的な実体験を得られる機会を提供してまいります。
The Faculty of Global Management once again carried out its short-term study abroad program Global Studies during this summer vacation. This weekend, the final group of students safely returned from their three-week program in Washington, D.C.
The program offered more than language training—it also included visits to international organizations and local universities. This year, students visited American University and George Washington University, where they engaged in group work and discussions with local students. They also had the opportunity to visit institutions such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) U.S. Office, gaining valuable global insights.
In addition, students explored some of Washington’s most iconic landmarks, including the White House and the United States Capitol, experiencing firsthand the history and atmosphere of the U.S. capital.
The Faculty of Global Management will continue to provide opportunities for students to not only develop expertise in their field but also to gain meaningful international experiences.
