[Faculty of Global Management] Daniel Heller gave a presentation at the 2024 Jinju International Forum on Entrepreneurship

On October 2, Daniel Heller, a professor of the Faculty of Global Management, gave a presentation at the 2024 Jinju International Forum on Entrepreneurship at Gyeongsang National University in Jinju City, South Korea.

The presentation was about the Spirit of Japanese Monozukuri and early entrepreneurs in the Japanese auto industry. The main message delivered was that the continuous improvement (kaizen) that comes from Japanese monozukuri has created a way for blue-collar workers who are not university graduates to contribute to value creation. This helps improve equality in societies. It reminds us that the heart of MBA education should be for everyone, not just elites in society.

The Faculty of Global Management will continue to engage in international forums and provide opportunities for dialogue with experts who are active in the research fields, to develop global leaders.
