「特別講義（Leadership）」および「特別講義（ビジネス交渉術）」を担当する客員教授、ジョセフ・リーが４回に渡って実業界の多彩なリーダーをゲストスピーカーとして招いた講義をおこないました。

Joseph Lee's 「Leadership and Negotiation」 Classes had four leaders from the business world as guest speakers during the second half of May.
On May 19, Pasona President Scott Sato was the first to speak about the challenges in the recruiting/staffing business.
Next, on May 21, Amazon HR Director, spoke of the kind of people Amazon Japan was looking for.
Then, Global HR Executive Director, Mr. Takeo Yamaguchi of Hitachi, Ltd., addressed the need of Leadership skills in Japanese companies on May 26.
Finally on May 28, Deputy President of Mizuho Information & Research Institute led the students through a mesmerizing discussion of talent development.
The students loved the quality, not only of the speakers, but also of the topics discussed.
Most mentioned, I was surprised at how honest they were.
Some said, I had no idea that companies in the real world were actually implementing the kind of things we're learning in Professor Lee's class.
Many of the speakers were happy to have the chance to meet with CBS students and appreciated the incisive questions.
They especially liked the chance to speak in a small class room where there were chances to have real dialogue.
