「中央大学ダイバーシティ推進×ハラスメント防止啓発ウィーク2022」の開催

2018～2022年度

ダイバーシティ推進とハラスメント防止啓発について理解を深める機会として、2022年11月11日から11月21日の11日間にわたり「中央大学ダイバーシティ推進×ハラスメント防止啓発ウィーク（Chuo Diversity Week）」を開催した。2022年度のテーマとして「Safe Campus, Safe Space」を設定し、一人ひとりが安心して過ごせる場所、お互いを尊重しながら学び成長できるキャンパスの実現について、様々な視点から考えられるよう全11企画（展示含む）を実施した。
その内容は、難民として逃れた1人のゲイの青年を描いた実話に基づいたアニメーション映画の上映会とゲストによる講演会、留学生の交流会、ユニバーサルデザインに関する講演会、ハラスメントやDVに関するワークショップ、トランスジェンダーに関する展示会等の実施である。
結果として、学内外から300名を超える人が参加する啓発週間となった。各企画を通して現在の課題と今後の可能性が可視化され、平等で誰にとっても安全なキャンパスづくりを考える良い機会を提供することができた。
 

2018～2022

Chuo University "Diversity Week" was held for 11 days from November 11 to 21, 2022, as an opportunity to deepen understanding of diversity promotion and harassment prevention awareness. The theme for academic year 2022 was "Safe Campus, Safe Space," and a total of 11 events (including exhibitions) were held to encourage people to think from various perspectives about creating a campus where each individual can feel safe and where they can learn and grow while respecting each other.
These included a screening of an animated film based on a true story about a gay young man who fled as a refugee and a lecture by a guest, an exchange event for international students, a lecture on universal design, workshops on harassment and domestic violence, and an exhibition on transgender issues.
As a result, the awareness week was attended by over 300 people from inside and outside the university. Through each project, current issues and future possibilities were visualized, providing a good opportunity to think about creating an equal and safe campus for everyone.
