気候変動を考慮した新しい治水政策の住民理解の促進

2023年度

科学技術振興機構(JST)によるSOLVE for SDGsのプログラムの中で、「流域治水に資する動的運用ルールの共創手法の構築と展開」を実施しています。

本年度は、2023年12月9日に「さまざまな立場から見える流域治水を疑似体験する～参加型ワークショップ～」を実施しました。参加者62名は、行政、民間企業、教育機関、住民、各種団体から集まっていただきました。今回の狙いは、神通川流域の治水に関する現場や場面を想定し、ステークホルダーの役割を演じる（疑似体験、ロールプレイ）を通して、認識を共有し、流域治水について多面的に捉えること、そしてどんな課題、問題、障壁が発生するかを抽出することでした。

ワークショップ、ロールプレイに関しては、多数の新鮮な感想や重要性を感じてもらえました。また、課題や問題の抽出にも貢献していただき、今後の研究に反映することができました。

The "Development and Deployment of a Co-Creation Methodology for Dynamic Operational Rules that Contribute to a New Watershed Management" is part of the SOLVE for SDGs program by Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST).

This year, "Simulating Watershed Flood Control Seen from Various Perspectives - Participatory Workshop" was held on December 9, 2023. The 62 participants came from government, private companies, educational institutions, residents, and various organizations. The aim of the workshop was to share perceptions, gain a multifaceted view of basin flood control, and identify what issues, problems, and barriers may arise, by assuming sites and situations related to flood control in the Jinzu River basin and acting out the roles of stakeholders (simulated experience, role play).

With regard to the workshops and role-plays, we received numerous fresh impressions and a sense of importance. They also contributed to the identification of issues and problems, which can be reflected in future research.
