専門演習四方ゼミ(犯罪学)及び(刑事政策)における地域防犯の啓発活動

2021

四方が指導する２つの専門演習（犯罪学）（刑事政策）では、それぞれ３つのグループ、合計６つのグループに分かれ、犯罪対策に関する共同作業や共同研究を行っています。いずれも地域社会や大学における安全な生活に少しでも貢献できることを目指しています。

【犯罪学ゼミ】
①中央大学多摩キャンパス近くにある都立松ケ谷高校付近の危険個所マップを作成して、同高校生徒会に提供するとともに、所轄の警視庁南大沢警察署と協力して同校付近に防犯ポスターを貼付する活動を行った。
②2022年から民法上の成人年齢が18歳に引き上げられることに備え、18歳になる人たちに向けて注意喚起をするビラを作成し、松ケ谷高校生徒会に提供した。
③一人暮らしを始める人が多い大学生は悪質商法を含め様々なトラブルに遭遇することが少なくないことから、新入生向けのトラブル防止の手引きを作成し、本学学生部に提供した。同手引きは本学ホームページにおいて学生に提供される予定である。

【刑事政策ゼミ】
①白門祭において、東京2020オリンピック・パラリンピック組織委員会のCISO坂明氏をお招きし、情報セキュリティ対策についてオンライン講演会を実施した。
②八王子市立宮上学童保育所において南大沢警察署が行った被害防止教室に協力して児童に対する防犯指導を行った。
③本学付近で多発する自転車盗難事件の発生を防止するため、啓発ポスターを作成し、大学構内に貼付した。

2021

Each of the two seminars (Criminology & Criminal Justice) supervised by Professor Shikata has three groups of students (a total of six groups), which plan cooperation or joint research for community safety and the safe life of Chuo University.

【Criminology Seminar】
(1) Group 1 created a map of risky points near Matsugaya High School near the Tama Campus of Chuo University, provided it to the high school student council, and in cooperation with Minami-Osawa Police Station, we displayed crime prevention posters near the school.
(2) In preparation for the change the age of adulthood under the Civil Code to 18 from 2022, group 2 created a leaflet to alert people who will be age 18 and provided it to the Matsugaya High School Student Council.
(3) Since many university students who start living alone often encounter various troubles, including commercial fraud, group 3 created a guide to prevent troubles for new-comer students and provided it to the University's Student Affairs Department. The guide will be provided to students on the University's website.

【 Criminal Policy Seminar 】
(1) At the Hakumon Festival, group 4 invited Mr. Akira Saka of the Tokyo 2020 Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games to give an online lecture on measures for information security.
(2) Group 5 provided crime prevention guidance to children in cooperation with the damage prevention class conducted by Minami-Osawa Police Station at Hachioji City Miyagami Nursery School.
(3) In order to prevent bicycle theft which frequently occurs near the University, group 6 created an awareness poster and displayed it on the University campus.
