　中央大学では2016年に文部科学省「私立大学研究ブランディング事業」に採択され、長年の比較法と法学教育の実績をもとに、国際的な共同研究ネットワークを構築し、「アジア太平洋地域における法秩序多様性の把握と法の支配確立に向けたコンバージェンスの研究」と題したプロジェクトを実施しています。

　本ワークショップでは、本プロジェクトの3年間の進捗と成果を公開するとともに、海外のパートナーから研究者をお招きし、ディスカッションをおこないます。

　In November 2016, Chuo University has received the first award of the government fund for the Project of Private University Research Branding. Taking the University’s long tradition of comparative law and legal education for practice into consideration, Chuo has organized a research project with an international network on “Comprehensive Analysis of Diversity of Legal Systems in Asia-Pacific Region and Convergence towards Establishment of Rule of Law.” (“the Project”) Three years have passed since Chuo has devoted its academic integrity and resources to the Project. To verify the progress of the Project and share its outcome with the public, we host a workshop by inviting distinguished professors from our partner institutions. Speakers and topics are as below.
